Love Your Neighbor Limited Edition Whiskey
From the front door of our distillery we watched the plume of smoke from the Marshall Fire grow, and grow. It became clear very immediately that our friends and neighbors would lose homes, and that this fire would be devastating in size. We knew we had to help in some way.
Enter the Love Your Neighbors Whiskey Project. We put together 4 different batches of whiskey and asked a select panel of whiskey experts (and a few novices) to help us pick their favorite. Committee members included Deputy Chief Jeff Long of Boulder Fire & Rescue, Nat Woodruff with Whiskey With A View (@whiskeywithaview), Nate Winegar, Chairman of The 5280 Whiskey Society, Dr. Elizabeth Mansfield, Chairwoman of Women Who Whiskey Colorado, Hosea Rosenburg, Chef and Owner of Blackbelly Restaurant in Boulder, Ryan Negley, President of The Denver Whiskey Club, Jessica Benjamin, Owner of First Bite: Boulder County Restaurant Week, Food & Beverage Editor Colin Wrenn with 303 Magazine, Boulder County Incident Commander, Mike Smith, Wildlands Division Chief, Brian Oliver, and Alastair Brogan, Owner and Operator of Boulder Spirits.
Boulder Spirits is releasing this committee selected whiskey as a special 500-bottle limited edition batch of Love Your Neighbor American Single Malt Whiskey with the sale price of $125.00 (+tax) with the goal of raising $45,000 for the survivors of the Marshall fire. 100% of the proceeds will go to support Marshall fire survivors through The Community Foundation Boulder County and The Boulder County Wildfire Fund. This special 500-bottle Limited Edition batch of American Single Malt Whiskey is bottled at 108.4 Proof (54.2 ABV) in recognition of 1,084 homes destroyed in the Marshall fire on December 30, 2021.
Each purchase will include:
1 Numbered, Limited Edition bottle of Love Your Neighbor American Single Malt Whiskey, a commemorative T-shirt, a bottle of Eldorado Springs Natural Spring Water, a custom event sticker, and for those who come to the Release Party at Vapor Distillery on Saturday, March 10th, between 3 PM – 7PM, we’ll even throw in a free pour of our whiskey!
How to purchase your Limited edition Love Your Neighbor Single Malt Whiskey package:
1. On Thursday, March 10, 2022, we will release 200 bottles for presale, which you will be able to pre-purchase online on from our website. Click link below. Please note this is a pre-purchase, and bottles will only be available for in-person pick-up at Vapor Distillery after 3 PM on Saturday, March 12th.
2. Visit Vapor Distillery and pre-purchase your whiskey package.

3. Come to the Boulder Spirits Release Party! On Saturday, March 12th, from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Vapor Distillery. We are located at 5311 Western Ave, STE 180 Boulder, CO 80301. The rest of the bottles will be released at 3 PM and will be sold until we run out!

FAQQ. When I click the link to go to your online store, why does the Special Edition bottle say “Out of Stock”?
A. The bottle will be listed as out of stock, and unavailable for purchase until 12 pm on Thursday, March 10th, at which time we will release 200 bottles for pre-purchase. If those bottles sell out before the start of the Release Party, they will again be listed as “Out of Stock” and the next opportunity to purchase a bottle package will be online and in person beginning at 3 PM on Saturday, March 12, 2022.
Q. Can you send my bottle to me?
A. No, this limited edition bottle is only available locally, and must be picked up at Vapor Distillery. While distributors and liquor stores can often be licensed to ship to the end consumer, we, the manufacturer, are not allowed to ship bottles direct-to-consumer. This means you will need to pick up your purchase in person.
Q. I bought a Special Edition bottle, can I pick it up before the event?
A. No bottles will be released before 3 PM on Saturday, March 12th. We do not want unscrupulous folks to re-sell limited edition bottles for a higher price and pocket the difference. We want all proceeds to go to to support Marshall fire survivors through The Community Foundation Boulder County and The Boulder County Wildfire Fund.
Q. I bought a Special Edition bottle, can I pick it up next week?
A. Yes, if you are not able to make it to the event, we will hold on to your bottle until you can come pick it up! We are open Monday – Saturday, 12 pm – 6 pm, and Sundays 12 pm – 4 pm.
Q. I bought a Special Edition bottle, can I send someone else to pick it up for me?
A. Yes, please make sure that the person is over 21, and give them your receipt.
Q. Can I add items other items when I order my Special Edition bottle?
A. Yes! Please feel free to order additional items. You will be able to pick everything up together at Vapor Distillery after 3 PM on Saturday, March 12th.
