Vapor Distillery is the home of Boulder Spirits and the place where we distill our award-winning spirits. Founded in 2007, the distillery offers visitors a chance to see how our whisky and other spirits are made through guided distillery tours, as well as cocktails and tastings in our tasting room. Guests can also purchase bottles directly from the distillery or conveniently pick up online orders.
Our tasting room, with its distinctive copper ceiling, evokes the warm atmosphere of a classic speakeasy and provides a welcoming space to enjoy our spirits. The distillery is also available for private events, rentals, and parties, making it a unique setting to gather with friends or celebrate special occasions while experiencing Boulder Spirits where it all begins.

Our Pearl Street Tasting Room brings the Boulder Spirits experience to the heart of downtown Boulder. Opened in November 2025, the shop is located on Boulder’s historic Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall, surrounded by a vibrant collection of small, unique boutique-style shops. The cozy and welcoming space is a perfect stop for sampling our spirits, introducing visiting friends to something truly Boulder, or picking up a distinctive local gift.
The Pearl Street location offers samples and tastings of our award-winning spirits along with bottle and retail sales, featuring the same Boulder Spirits products available at the distillery. Conveniently located in Boulder’s walkable downtown, it’s an easy place to stop in while exploring Pearl Street and discover the flavors of Boulder Spirits.
