In addition to being matured for a minimum of four years, this whiskey is bottled at 50% abv, (100 proof), resulting in a stronger and richer spirit. As per the rules for making Scotch whiskey, our American Single Malt is made using 100% malted barley.

A black cherry aroma is followed by a nice spicy and creamy palate. Soft and mellow, the cherry returns in the finish along with subtle hints of licorice. “As close to a good Scotch as we dare claim.”
