Our approach of aging is the same as for our whiskies, using virgin American oak barrels for no less than two years to mellow and enrich the spirit.

A butterscotch undertone throughout, with a rollercoaster of botanics. The combination of botanic oils balanced with virgin Oak sugars, only to be married with the vanillans and tannins that a longer aging time can achieve.
